Cardiac Ultrasound Career Training Plan

We offer a systematic program of training that will ground you and your staff with the skills necessary to master fully all aspects of echocardiography. Each course's content is structured to meet and exceed the guidelines for each one of the physician and technologist credentialing examinations:

For Physicians:
1) The American Society of Echocardiography Credentialing Exam

For Technologists:
1) American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer), and/or
2) Cardiovascular Credentialing International (Registered Cardiovascular Technologist-Noninvasive)

Each course provides many of the formal protocols, data analysis criteria, and quality control guidelines required for credentialing for facilities, which is fast becoming a national prerequisite for private insurance reimbursement. Our courses have preceded for years, and often guided the direction taken by, the Intersocietal Society for Accreditation of Vascuylar Laboratories (ICAVL), and the Intersocietal Commission for Accreditation of Echocardiograpy Laboratories (ICAEL).

The courses are listed in the order of recommended completion.
