A Warm Welcome.
We are honored to welcome clinicians from around the world who wish to attend hands-on ultrasound education with us in the United States.
For many international colleagues, a Letter of Invitation is a helpful part of the visa or travel documentation process. While this letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into the United States, it formally confirms your intent to participate in professional education with Keith Mauney & Associates Ultrasound Training Institute.
We are glad to support you through this process with clarity, transparency, and respect.
How the Invitation Process Works.
To ensure accuracy and compliance, we follow a simple, step-by-step process.
Step 1 — Select Your Course.
Choose the course you wish to attend and review:
Course dates
Location
Tuition
Learning objectives
If you have questions about course fit, we’re happy to help before you proceed.
Step 2 — Register Your Interest.
Submit your registration request through our website.
For international attendees requesting a Letter of Invitation:
Tuition is temporarily held and not finalized until documentation needs are clarified.
No payment is required solely to request a Letter of Invitation.
Step 3 — Submit Information for the Letter.
Once requested, we will ask you to provide:
Full legal name (exactly as shown on your passport)
Passport number and country of issuance
Date of birth
Country of residence
Professional role and institution (if applicable)
Course name and dates requested
This information allows us to prepare an accurate letter on official letterhead.
Step 4 — Receive Your Letter of Invitation.
We will prepare and provide a signed Letter of Invitation confirming:
Your intended participation in professional ultrasound education
Course dates and location
That no employment, compensation, or immigration sponsorship is involved
You may then submit this letter as part of your visa or travel documentation.
Step 5 — Follow Local Visa and Travel Requirements.
Each country’s visa process is unique.
You are responsible for:
Submitting required documents to the appropriate embassy or consulate
Complying with all travel, visa, and entry regulations
Following up with authorities as needed
We are unable to influence visa decisions, but we are happy to verify the authenticity of the invitation if contacted by an official authority.
Important Notes.
A Letter of Invitation does not guarantee visa approval.
We do not provide immigration sponsorship or legal advice.
Training is educational in nature only.
Attendance is subject to final confirmation and course availability.
